Trying to purchase a house from out-of-state is very stressful, but Betsi made it very easy. The AZ market is crazy busy. Houses are sold within just a few days of listing. Betsi knew what we were interested in and got us first looks at houses during the short time we had to be in AZ to purchase the house. She was very knowledgeable, honest and realistic. She kept in constant contact with us as this was a long distance purchase. We were totally unfamiliar with the AZ market and laws so had many, many questions,.
