I had the pleasure of renting a house from Fred. Fred & his team have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, attentive and are always polite. Communication is very important to me & this was never an issue. Any questions &/or maintenance issues were always addressed. Always check the reviews for property managers. I have worked with Holly for 5 1/2 years as my realtor. She is one of the most patient, kind, helpful, and authentic people I have ever met. When my housing circumstances changed 2 months ago, she hustled and stuck with me through the chaos of the current housing market. She never gave up, even when I felt hopeless in finding a house - making multiple offers $75k+ over asking and still getting outbid again and again. I’m so grateful to her for everything- I could never have done it without her.
