Leonard was always willing to work with me and really get me what I wanted in both buying and selling my homes. He devoted a whole weekend to do an open house and it was very successful. He came in and took beautiful pictures of my house to be able to post them and get more traffic on my house. He was a great communicator and had some really great contacts for repairs or upgrades. Leonard knows the housing industry and helped us find our perfect home in an area we wanted to be in. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching or selling.
