Petra was very professional in every aspect in helping us find the perfect home in Sun City Arizona. With us living in Ohio it got very tricky trying to buy something site unseen. She would communicate with us via text, email and phone calls almost on a daily basis on new homes on the market. She would go into these homes and FaceTime us to show us around, on more than one occasion. She was knowledgeable on the market and sent us the comps in the area. Once we found the right home, she lined up inspection and even went to the property to get the necessary questions answered all while we were still in Ohio. Even after the sale, she is just making it work for us! She is so organized and on top of EVERYTHING! As an out of state buyer, this could not be more valuable! I've bought and sold many homes but every place is slightly different and having a trusted resource there to follow the sale through is amazing. She has even sent me lists of contact info for the utilities that I need to contact and options for remodelers....phenomenal service from a terrific woman of incredibly high integrity and professionalism! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
