My wife and I just closed on our first home, and Erkan made the entire process smooth from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions about offers, inspections, appraisals, lender selection and he was always available to walk us through everything with patience and clarity. He helped us navigate a competitive situation and his guidance on offer strategy and timing made the difference. When we found the right house, he helped us secure it with a pre-market offer before it even went live on the MLS. Communication was excellent throughout. He was always responsive, always proactive with updates, and never left us wondering what was happening next. He also went above and beyond coordinating between the seller's agent, the lender, the title company, and the inspector to keep everything on track for the close. Highly recommend for anyone buying, especially first-time buyers who want someone who will take the time to educate and guide you through the process.

Erkan works days and nights and he is always level with you telling things the way it is. All he did and told us was spot on, it is great to see someone really good at what they do, highly recommend him. Thanks again Erkan!
