Unfortunately the financial institution used by the potential buyer was very slow in processing paperwork, the approval for financing was withdrawn before being approved again after several weeks, and I the seller heard nothing for a week or more at a time. My calls were returned within a couple of days and I was usually told nothing had changed. I explained more than once I wanted to be informed every few days, even if nothing changed, to ensure this didn't drop through the cracks and a new buyer would have to be found. Increased communication would have resulted in a 5 star rating.
