Karen knew the market and the process of selling a house. She set a realistic price and advertised the house so we had several viewings and an offer within 2 weeks. She explained the paperwork and patiently and thoroughly answered our questions. Unfortunately the financial institution used by the potential buyer was very slow in processing paperwork, the approval for financing was withdrawn before being approved again after several weeks, and I the seller heard nothing for a week or more at a time. My calls were returned within a couple of days and I was usually told nothing had changed. I explained more than once I wanted to be informed every few days, even if nothing changed, to ensure this didn't drop through the cracks and a new buyer would have to be found. Increased communication would have resulted in a 5 star rating.

I would highly recommend Karen Wiltse. We had a difficult estate to get through and Karen hung in there with me through the good and the bad. She is very honest and is a person who will tell you like it is. Thank you Karen for all of your help, guidance and support. With much appreciation. Diana
