Cheryl helped my wife and I buy find our first house and was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. Her experience constantly showed through various tips and useful advice as we looked through homes in our search and especially on noting all the small minor issues that needed to be accounted for in our house. Notably, Cheryl steered us away from two houses which turned out to have some major issues with build quality and bad well water. Cheryl's communication was great and responsive, I felt comfortable with asking any question about the home buying process. She communicated with the builders of our home and other parties on our behalf which not only made our lives easier but also likely got us more value than we would have been able to ourselves. For example a mailbox was installed for our house which may not have been otherwise. It was never mentioned that a mailbox would NOT be installed in our contract, but the builder would not have done it if Cheryl had not asked about that, and we certainly never would have known to ask ourselves. In summary, I would greatly recommend Cheryl to anyone looking for help finding a home
