Seller of 113 Champa St, Pittsburgh
I was referred to Donald Bennett by someone else in the real estate business who described Donald as very knowledgeable and aggressive. He is also very professional, friendly and straightforward. At our first meeting I immediately knew he would be the right agent to sell my house. I trusted his suggestion on price range. He drew many offers as soon as it went on the market and it sold at list price in less than three months. I have already recommended him to others and will call him the next time I need to sell property. Overall it was a pleasant experience which exceeded my expectations.

Buyer of 213 Kaufmann Avenue, Brentwood
This was the first purchase of a property for me, and I was lacking in knowledge on most of the process. I appreciated that Jason took the time to explain every element, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had, even as I'm sure a few were repetitive. He quickly got a feel for what type of property I was looking for, and as we looked for properties his recommendations honed in on what I was looking for, even if I wasn't exactly sure what that was at the very beginning. His market knowledge, and experience was something I leveraged to make the best possible purchase of a property. He was able to offer insight into what the sellers were likely thinking, and his guidance helped to solidify suppositions I had about several properties and why they might not have been the wisest homes to purchase. Overall, he was an agent I would recommend to others when it comes to the purchase of a home and his insight in the market about how wise a purchase particular properties might be is something I would listen to.
