Seth is able to work at a fast pace to sell your home quickly! Would recommend 10/10 if you're looking to sell your house fast for the price you want. Seth was great during the first meeting he had papers showing the market of houses similar to the one we were selling. He always responded to questions quickly. Would definitely recommend Seth to anyone looking to list a house or purchase a house. He is very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and reliable.
