With his advice and help I was able to negotiate the contract and purchase a condo under the asking price and appraised value. Even though I was a first time homebuyer, thanks to Jay I never felt confused about what the next steps are. He made sure to stay on top of everything and keep me updated along the way. Overall 10/10
