Rose did really great in helping us find our new home. We got a very great deal. When the government’s 1% down program (one plus) came out, she immediately informed us and we applied for preapproval. We had the loan for only 1% down payment, no mortgage insurance. She did all the negotiations and we got 4k seller subsidy. Our appraisal came back very low with a difference of 9k. The seller gave it to us. It was all granted to us because of her. She was really dedicated and put all her time and effort finding the right home for us. She was very considerate of our limited time availabililty during our house search. We have seen all her hardwork and willingness to help. She made sure we’re happy with every negotiation result up to our closing day. I can’t reccomend her more than enough. Pure happiness and contentment.

Mary did an excellent job for us and helped us rent our townhouse in less than 3 weeks. She was very professional, listed our townhouse for rent and within a week she had two applicants and two more a week later. She also took care of background credit checks, and all the paperwork for the lease agreement. In the end, we rented for 2 years instead of just 1. The listing she created was superb, it had great pictures and descriptions, and it made a difference in quickly attracting applicants. And, during the closing/lease signing, our new tenants were amazed at the quality of service she provided and said they want to engage her the next time they need a realtor. I recommend Mary and will definitely work with her the next time I need a realtor.

Choosing Mona as our realtor was a fantastic decision. As first-time home buyers, the home buying process was totally foreign to us. However, Mona did an amazing job at explaining every step of the process. She was exceptionally responsive; we almost never waited more than a couple of hours to hear back to texts or calls. When touring homes, she was great at pointing things out to us that we may not have noticed (or wouldn't know to check as first-time buyers). When we were ready to make an offer, she provided solid analysis on the price. Buying a home is a stressful process, and I cannot imagine having to do it with anyone other than Mona!
