This was my first time selling a home and I had very little knowledge about the selling process. Additionally, I was moving out of state and working through the process remotely. She was knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood anything I had questions about, always prompt with communication and easy to reach, organized and thorough, and phenomenal about tracking the process to ensure everything was prepared for the set closing date. With being remote during the process, Vickie went above and beyond to help ease any of the stress of having to figure out fixing a couple repairs that were needed.
