Lou helped us find our house when we moved from out of state. He was patient and extremely flexible. We had to find a house in a very short period of time. We were unable to come back for the inspection, so Lou went to make sure the inspection ran smoothly. He went out to the house several times before we moved in to meet with the inspector and other contractors that needed to make some minor repairs before we moved in. Lou is extremely trustworthy.
