As we were preparing to sell, she knew the right things to fix to make our house nicer. As well as not wasting money on things that were not important. For the work that I wasn’t able to do myself, she knew the right people to contact to get the quality work done to get our house ready for selling. She appropriately walked us through receiving a verbal offer and counter offer. Making it very efficient sale of our house. She was always very responsive to questions or concerns we had.
