By word of mouth I had been told that Judy could sell my property within 30 days. I was involve in one of those sell my home deals that was not working to my best interest. I spoke with Ms. Williams and she was able to tell me how to get myself out of that situation. I had listed my house in Sept and it was already Jan. Once out of that situation I listed my house with Ms. Williams and I had a contract and accepted it within 12 hours after listing the house. Ms. Williams called or texted me frequently during the closing process to keep me informed on documents needed and progress. On closing day everything went as smoothly as it should have.
