I spoke with Ms. Williams and she was able to tell me how to get myself out of that situation. I had listed my house in Sept and it was already Jan. Once out of that situation I listed my house with Ms. Williams and I had a contract and accepted it within 12 hours after listing the house. Ms. Williams called or texted me frequently during the closing process to keep me informed on documents needed and progress. On closing day everything went as smoothly as it should have.
