Kelly was very responsive during the whole process. He initially called me to introduce himself and give me an idea of the process which was great. I told him everything I wanted in a house and he sent me many houses he found. He made the showings super easy and printed off lots of information for us to read over and take notes on each house we saw. Once we found the home we bought and put an offer in, Kelly was very helpful in explaining the process and getting everything situated for us. It was pretty stress free on our part because he took care of many communication needs to the sellers and other people involved in closing which was wonderful. I knew I could message him or call with any questions I had. He is very knowledgeable with real estate and gave us many tips during the process.
