Ted Brokop is an experienced agent as well as a builder, handyman, etc. He is easy going, not pushy and what he doesn’t know, he will find out. His mannerisms are similar to mine which is why we sold one house, bought a lot, then another house, all with Ted.

Semra was great to work with! She was very personable and professional in all her communications with us. And her communication skills and timeliness of responses to any questions or concerns we had were spot on. In our particular case, Semra was representing both the Seller and the Buyer, which we were the buyer. We never felt that she favored any one side over the other. She seemed direct and timely in all her communications between buyer and seller. We would definitely recommend Semra to others looking to make any Real Estate transactions of their own.
