I recently had the pleasure of working with Carl Gustafson as we navigated the numerous processes of moving from out of state and establishing residence in Fairhope and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, Carl made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His thoughtfulness and kindness were evident in every interaction. Carl took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that we found a home that perfectly suited our family. His deep knowledge of the local market was impressive and incredibly helpful in making informed decisions. Our purchase of new construction was supported by Carl including but not limited to keeping us updated on the progress (photos) as well as communicating with the builder on our behalf. Carl was always available to answer questions, provide valuable insights, and offer guidance, making us feel supported every step of the way. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is not only professional but also genuinely caring and dedicated, Carl is the one to choose. Thanks to him, our move and transition was a great experience, and we couldn’t be happier in our new home!
