Michaela Callow

I could not have gotten through the process of my purchase without Michaela. She stuck with me for 6 months! This house needed some TLC and my mortgage company was incompetent to say the least! We shared ups and downs, laughs and tears, but all in all we bought my dream house. She took care of every detail and just about held my hand at closing. Michaela was the very first blessing that God provided me with, knowing this was the deal of the century. I don't think any other agent could have, or would want to, handle the purchase of this particular property. In the end, we got the house of our dreams and a lifelong friend to spend our future with.

In the year of 2000, my husband & I retired from Boeing. We decided to purchase an RV and sold our home in Missouri in 2001 and pursue the full-timing route with our RV. We spent a lot of our winters in Foley Alabama. In 2007, we sold our RV and decided to rent a home in Missouri near our daughter and grandkids. We fell in love with southern Alabama and its people. In 2017, we brought our daughter and granddaughters to Alabama to spend Christmas in Gulf Shores. It was during this time that we all decided to move permanently down here, including our daughter. So in February of 2019, we came down to look at apartments and our daughter needed to find a job as well. Our daughter had got in touch with Michaela to see if there were any houses available to rent, but after talking with her, we found out that it was cheaper to buy a house rather than to rent a house or apartment. We also told her that we wanted a brand new house. During that week, she had showed us some new properties that would fit our budget. When we left in February, we had told her that we would think about it. But after we were home for about a week, we decided that we would build the house that we are currently living in now. We contacted Michaela and started the ball rolling. Michaela never pressured us and very patiently walked us through the whole process with us being in Missouri and her being here in Alabama. She was there for us the whole time. We could call, text or email her any time of day or night. She always promptly responded back with us. Since we could not be here during the building of the house, she would send us pictures of the progress that they were making. After we closed on it in Missouri, Michaela was here at the house to greet us and give us our keys. We would highly recommend Michaela to anyone who is looking to purchase a house. To us, she not only was our realtor, but she is our friend as well.

Michaela sold my house for me. The process was simple and she made it a breeze. Every step she stayed in contact with me and let me know what was coming for the next step. She is personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients

Im not sure where to begin. Michaela was so confident that she would find a home for me and my 5 dogs. when I chose Zillow to look for real estate, I picked Michaela out of the several. The best choice. Not only did she go above and beyond in finding a rental while I await the construction to finish on my home, she actually physically helped to move me and the five dogs to the new home from the rental! She stayed in contact with me from the beginning as I was in Oklahoma, and along my route to Alabama of all contractor phases of the build. Checking into the rental arriving late at night, Michaela met me with pizza for the night pop, bacon eggs biscuts coffee sugar and milk You cannot go wrong with hiring her. She will not let you down. She also understands the frustration that buyers go thru when some days are not good days when progress is a little slower moving. Will use her in this area again if needed!

Micheala went above and beyond to help make our transition from Missouri to Alabama as smooth as possible. She had daycare lists, lists of insurance companies, step by step directions, and even entertained our children while looking at houses haha. If she didn’t know an answer she would find out and get back to us promptly. Micheala was very personable and stayed very patient with us while we changed our mind on which house style was right for us. You would be more than happy putting your Realestate needs in Micheala’s hands!

Michaela is an amazing realtor! Her professionalism, attention to details and knowledge are top notch. We are new to the area and she did not grow tired or loose patience with all of my mundane questions. When we needed her to got to bat for us during the negotiating process she rolled up her sleeves and dug in her heals until we were satisfied. We HIGHLY recommend her!
