Haley saved my ability to think of people as professionals. I had fallen into the opinion that this profession was a complete joke. Former agents didn't know anything, couldn't/wouldn't do anything, were completely uninformed of their supposed "territory", provided nothing even resembling help or professionalism, and wanted thousands of dollars for their "services."
