Haley saved my ability to think of people as professionals. I had fallen into the opinion that this profession was a complete joke. Former agents didn't know anything, couldn't/wouldn't do anything, were completely uninformed of their supposed "territory", provided nothing even resembling help or professionalism, and wanted thousands of dollars for their "services." My wife and I found Haley by accident and she didn't just ask for our business, she earned it. She embodies everything it means to be a professional; has a rock solid knowledge base, fantastic customer rapport, contacts/relationships within the industry, colleagues she trusts and calls on for help (and they show up), stays in constant communication with you and everyone involved, has a desire to learn and improve, is guided by her moral compass, and here's the big kicker, she actually does what she tells you she's going to do. She will listen to your wants, needs, and ideas, and guide you throughout the process answering as many questions as you can spit out. Needless to say, Haley earned much more than we could ever give her. If we ever find ourselves buying/selling again, she will be the only phone call.
