The communication was amazing and she was always one step ahead of us! She walked us through everything as first time home buyers and always made sure to find answers to whatever questions we had! She was wonderful to work with!

Dana was great! She is very accessible through email, text, and phone calls. After we talked about the type of home I wanted to purchase, Dana used all the information to seek out the right house and property and pushed all the sellers to accommodate my wants and needs. I was very surprised in her ability to take our conversations and turn them into "ammo" to use in the house-hunting process. Dana made a point to make it to all the walk-throughs and other meetings to help me in any way possible. She was flexible enough in her schedule to be able to accommodate my difficult and busy schedule. Dana is a very positive individual who works not just for you, but very much with you. I know who I am going to call when I am ready to buy/sell again. A+ Real Estate Professional.

Our experience was a great one, from the search for a suitable church property to the closing. We were guided throughout the process. As a result of her excellent negotiation skill coupled with her knowledge of the environs, the church property with initial asking price of $795,000 was purchased for $450,000.If speed, professional experience and negotiation skill matter, they can all be found in Sandra Brazelton. Above all she is a trustworthy professional with affordable service.I strongly Recommend her.
