We feel so fortunate to have met Nikki Santora randomly at an open house. She started talking to us about what we were looking for, and we knew instantly that she would be our agent. Nikki helped us sell our home, as well as purchase a new construction. We started looking about a month before Covid began, and due to shutdowns and the economy, we decided to wait at that time. However, she continued to help us look off and on throughout 2020, but the inventory was so low that we never could find what we wanted. She was patient. She later found a new construction for us that we loved. When it was time to put our home up for sale, she told us exactly what to do to help us sell our home fast and for a great price. We listened to her and did exactly what she said, and she sold our home in less than 24 hours. The purchase of our new home went very well because of her diligence. She has continued to keep in touch with us after the closings. Of course the process had some challenges along the way, but with Nikki, the challenges are never too stressful or overwhelming. She has a gift for making you feel at ease. She has so much knowledge, and you know she is trustworthy. Her commitment to communication is wonderful, and we never felt like we were in the dark on anything. Nikki is the only real estate agent I will ever use, and I recommend her to everyone.

What can I say about Mike Pierce that hasn’t already been said in the comments. Mr. Pierce is the prime example of what every real estate agent should model themselves after. He is very professional and personable and worked diligently with us throughout the entire process. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Mr. Pierce was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes than he was on closing a deal. I would highly recommend Mr. Pierce and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
