We listened to her and did exactly what she said, and she sold our home in less than 24 hours. The purchase of our new home went very well because of her diligence. She has continued to keep in touch with us after the closings. Of course the process had some challenges along the way, but with Nikki, the challenges are never too stressful or overwhelming. She has a gift for making you feel at ease. She has so much knowledge, and you know she is trustworthy.
