Melanie understood the potential of the house better than any other agent. Despite having an incredible location, other agents just kept apologetically using 'comparables' but ignoring the added value of the location. Melanie stood out for her instant understanding of the total house package. She recommended a starting price far above what other agents suggested. Melanie was correct, and the house sold well. She was very communicative, always responding instantly and getting back to me. Melanie also has the very best contacts and her suggested tradespeople were responsive and excellent. Thank goodness for Melanie - I highly recommend her!

Melanie is a class act and extremely thoughtful. She’s by far the best agent I’ve ever had. She had to deal with some things that were not fun, yet she never changed her demeanor and got the job done!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She's a pleasure to work with!
