Al was hired to rent and then sell our family home after many months of it being on the market with another realty company. Al's marketing strategy of high visibility and vast local market knowledge of what to price our home brought in a renter and, subsequently, a quick offer. Al promptly answered every text/call/email, clearly explained each step, and helped us negotiate a great price. When some issues came up during the home inspection, Al connected us with a local contractor and kept the closing on track. Al handled all the stressful details so we didn't have to. BlueKey's rental portal is also an asset for homeowners as it efficiently keeps track of rental transactions and maintains records. We could not have done it without Al. We recommend Al to anyone looking for an excellent agent and professional experience.

Al from Blue Key Properties was great with communication and answering any questions we endured during the search and purchasing our home!

Al was professional, honest, and is the best realtor we have ever had! Selling a home can be so stressful, but we were never worried with Al as our realtor. He was great from start to finish! Al is knowledgeable, fair, an excellent communicator, and did everything he could to make selling our home a great experience. We will always recommend Al, and we will be using him again!
