Melanie understood the potential of the house better than any other agent. Despite having an incredible location, other agents just kept apologetically using 'comparables' but ignoring the added value of the location. Melanie stood out for her instant understanding of the total house package. She recommended a starting price far above what other agents suggested. Melanie was correct, and the house sold well. She was very communicative, always responding instantly and getting back to me. Melanie also has the very best contacts and her suggested tradespeople were responsive and excellent. Thank goodness for Melanie - I highly recommend her!

Susan provided superior service start to finish. She has excellent market knowledge and negotiation skills. She kept us in the loop with top notch communication. She will continue to be my go-to for any real estate transactions!

Norman is a trusted and skilled realtor who went above and beyond the norm, from preparing our property to hit the market until closing!
