We have had contracts on several houses and luckily for us we have had the right inspections done to know that those house had projects we were not willing to tackle. Without Sarah and her inspection contacts, we would have been stuck with houses that had major issues. Sarah is also super responsive, which is definitely helpful as we had a lot of first time home buyer questions. This makes a big difference as a lot of the real estate process has hard deadlines.
