⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Purchasing a home in another state while preparing for a major relocation can be overwhelming, but having Jess Rodriguez as our realtor made all the difference! From beginning to end, Jess provided an extraordinary level of professionalism, dedication, integrity, and genuine personal care. Because we were out of state throughout the entire homebuying process, we relied heavily on Jess to be our eyes, ears, and advocate. She exceeded our expectations in every way. Jess took the initiative to coordinate inspections, advocate on our behalf for necessary repairs, and ensure that important details were addressed. Her outstanding follow-through, timely communication, and thorough video documentation kept us informed and reassured, even from thousands of miles away. What impressed us most was Jess's unwavering commitment to our best interests. She was proactive, attentive, responsive, and incredibly dependable. Relocating from California to Alabama is a significant life transition, and Jess helped turn what could have been a stressful and uncertain experience into one filled with confidence, trust, and excitement for our new beginning. Jess Rodriguez is the kind of realtor everyone hopes to find—knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile. Her dedication didn't end with making arrangements; she consistently followed through to make sure things were done properly. We are sincerely grateful for everything Jess did to help us find our new home. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home, especially those navigating an out-of-state relocation. Thank you, Jess, for your exceptional service, tireless advocacy, and genuine kindness. You didn't just help us purchase a house—you helped us begin a wonderful new chapter in our lives!

Was so helpful with helping us find our new house, we asked her to help sell our old house several months later when the renters moved out. House sold within days. Wonderful to work with and even helped wrangle our 4 year old when we looked at houses. Currently she is our realtor for our vacant lot.
