Erica cold called based on a request I had posted to view a house listed on Trulia. I thought she was the listing agent, but no, she was just following an open lead. And we are very glad she did. She was professional, knowledgeable, and amazingly patient; especially when dealing with a less than open listing agent on the house we initially wanted. Luckily we found a different (and better) house a few days later. We highly recommend Erica and her crew to anyone in need of a realtor in NW Alabama.
