He stayed up late to strategize offers over the phone, and he was responsive even though he has a lot on his plate. He has a lot of expertise in the Birmingham area, especially Jefferson county. He gave a lot of sound advice on what purchases were good investments and which weren’t, and was able to help me smoothly navigate negotiations on repairs. He also referred me to some good vendors for repairs, and good property management advice for after the purchase. Definitely recommend working with Paul.
