From the initial meeting through closing, Heidi Carter's exceptional market knowledge was invaluable in the sale of our father's home. She always answered every text and call immediately, keeping us informed about every development and guided us as we negotiated the current sales market. Heidi took care of coordinating with third parties for inspections, repairs and closing logistics which was so appreciated as we were managing other issues that required our attention. Working with Heidi was an absolute pleasure and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate agent.

Heidi has been absolutely incredible to work with! When we were deciding which realtor to use, we asked friends who had recently bought or sold homes who they would recommend. Some said their agents were fine, some didn’t recommend theirs at all, but the friends who had worked with Heidi had nothing but amazing things to say about her—and they were right! From start to finish, Heidi exceeded our expectations. She was incredibly communicative and reliable, handled situations on our behalf, advocated for us every step of the way, and always kept us informed. She answered what felt like countless questions and made the entire buying and selling process so much less stressful for us. We are so grateful to have had Heidi in our corner and truly couldn’t recommend her enough. We would recommend her to anyone and everyone who will listen! If you’re looking for a realtor you can trust, who genuinely has your best interests at heart and will go above and beyond what is expected, Heidi is absolutely the one!

This was such a great experience. Heidi spent our 1st market day getting to know us. She kind of figures you out on day 1. She tweaked the showings on day 2 and showed us our perfect home. She is so kind and helpful. Our purchase could not have gone any better. I cant praise Heidi enough. She is wonderful.
