Daniel Worthington was recommended to us by our daughter who found the house they later purchased. Daniel Worthington with ARC Realty did an outstanding job helping us sell our lake house. From the very beginning, he kept us informed in real time about every showing, every conversation, and every step of the negotiation process. His communication was consistent, clear, and always timely. Daniel also guided us in determining a realistic yet profitable listing price. His market insight proved spot‑on—the buyer accepted our price without any further negotiation, which made the entire experience smoother and more efficient. When it came time to close, Daniel and ARC Realty handled the details with exceptional care. They assembled a complete and well‑organized closing package, including important documents such as the pest control warranty and the warranty deed. Everything was prepared ahead of schedule and executed without delay. We highly recommend Daniel for anyone looking to sell their home. His professionalism, responsiveness, and expertise made the process remarkably easy and successful.
