It was great working with Pat, even though it was him doing all the work. We were grateful to have him help us find our first home. Pat is a special realtor. He never led us in the wrong direction and never hesitated to give us his opinion, which we welcomed. He has been a family friend for years and it was great to experience his professionalism outside of our personal lives. Thats another great thing about Pat, regardless if I knew him or not, he would have still treated us like family.
