I recently had the pleasure of working with Tainielle, who was my moms realtor and I cannot recommend her enough! From our very first meeting, it was clear that they were not just knowledgeable but genuinely passionate about helping clients find their dream homes. Tainielle took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget. She provided invaluable insights into the local market trends, which helped me make informed decisions every step of the way. Her attention to detail and proactive approach made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What truly sets Tainielle apart is their unwavering support and commitment. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how trivial. I felt like I was her top priority, and her dedication was evident throughout our journey together. Thanks to Tainielle, I found a fantastic first home that exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a realtor who is not only experienced but also genuinely cares about their clients, look no further! I can confidently say that my experience with Tainielle was nothing short of amazing!

Allison helped us 4 years ago in the sale of our home and purchase of another. The process was seamless. We did not anticipate needing her help again so soon, but here we are, looking to her for her guidance and expertise yet again. She just helped us purchase our new home, and might I add she ingeniously helped us secure the home in the final bid phase when both my spouse and I thought we had lost it. From contract acceptance to closing, and beyond, we truly are fully relying on her yet again every step of the way. And again, seamless. She will also help us in the sale of our current home soon, and we are resting easy knowing that we have her on our team. Recommend without hesitation!

Buying or selling a home is very complicated with tons of forms and loose ends to handle. An agent totally familiar with the complete process is needed to navigate you from start to finish of either activity. Tammy is just such an agent. She knows all the requirements of each phase and can advise on negotiating the agreements to the conditions of the contract. Buying or selling by itself is a full-time activity. Tammy simultaneously guided us all the way thru selling 2 homes and purchasing a new home. Amazing! She was there daily to ensure things were moving in the right direction. She is an expert on the process, a tireless worker and an excellent communicator. Tammy is a totally dedicated professional that puts quality of service to her client as her top priority. It very hard to find better representation for real estate transactions.
