When the market was slowing down and there was little interest in our house, she was diligent in finding a buyer by having some open houses and keeping in touch with the couple who eventually purchased our home. She saw high value in our house and gave great ideas on how to present it to lookers. She also worked hard and fought a low appraisal on our house to come up to a reasonable price. She also was able to get the buyer to come up on the price by finding a painter who worked for a lower fee. Then Heather cut her commission in order for us to get more money out of our sale in order to pay off our new house purchase. Whenever we tried to contact her, she always was very quick to respond.
