I had a wonderful experience working with Judy Kirkland in purchasing my first home. I am a very thorough and professional individual that has high expectations, and Judy exceeded them all. We dealt with difficult sellers, but Judy was very helpful and gave me great advice through the process and made the transition as easy as possible. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for the best real estate agent in the Birmingham area.

Elizabeth was very professional, and knowledgeable. She helped us thru the process so easily. She often went the extra mile to make sure we was taking care of and making the right decisions as first time buyers.

If you are selling or buying a home, I highly recommend using Carolyn Trammell Spain. Carolyn is very knowledgeable. A great communicator. During the recent sell of our mom's home, she was the best. Professional in everyway. We appreciate all she did for us.
