The Very Best!!

Dawn was an amazing agent. She worked so hard finding me the perfect home. She gave me listings as soon as they came out. I highly recommend her!! She has also helped my brother with a home and she is helping my mom as well. She gives great advice. We moved across the country and she went out of her way to help me with my home before we got there. You know you can trust someone when you are happy to recommend them to family. I would use her again in a hear beat.

Very excited regarding the smooth preparation and sale of my home!~

Dayna went far and above "normal" in helping me sell my home. She was present during every phase of the preparation for sale, encouraging painters and contractors to fulfill all expectations prescribed in completion of tasks recommended for insuring a smooth transition and sale. I am especially grateful for her dedication and selfless expenditure of her time to arrive at an exceptional transition. Thank you, Dayne!

Good job in a hard situation

Took time with us and explained what we needed to know. Helped us out with market knowledge and was courteous and friendly. Helped us get a fair deal on our sale enabling us to get into the home we wanted. Great with children and accommodating to Deaf clients!

Gave me room to use information & experience she has to make decisions for our sale

Dayna stays appropriately in contact. She keeps her word. She stays informed about other homes and easily compared them with mine. She listened to the needs/wants of prospective buyers and easily presented them to me in terms of what they would need in order to buy our house. Dayna holds her professional responsibilities in high regard.
