We have known Beth for quite a while as a personal friend, but it was truly a pleasure having her at our side during the home buying/selling process. Her expertise and knowledge of the current market helped us close in best case terms on both transactions. Buying/selling a home is a stressful process, but Beth helped ease that stress with her kindness, patience, and encouragement. Her utmost thought was what was best for us! I cannot thank her enough for making this by far the easiest (and quickest) home buying experience we’ve had! If we ever move again, I know who I’m calling!

Process moved way quicker than expected. Very knowledgeable of the market. Connected to all aspects of homeownership process. Available to answer questions and very responsive during and after purchase.

Mrs Wallace is outstanding! Thorough, knowledgeable, and does and awesome job in all areas🙂🙂🙂
