We actually found our home while we were out of state she video toured it for us same day. Her willingness to do that enabled us to actually get the home in a crazy competitive market. She noticed a gutter we were missing and brought it to the house with her on moving day. We had a hiccup with signing remotely that Jean handled within minutes.
