The relationship with your realtor is one of the most important relationships a home buyer will have. Its one of the biggest purchases of ones life. John made the process EASY and FUN. He was extremely flexible and insightful. Excellent suggestions on properties to tour. John's focus was ensuring we found "THE HOME" not just a house. When it came down to making an offer on our future home, John was a Pitbull. Negotiating should be his side gig. I have to admit that I may be an over communicator, and John was available and extremely responsive. I would recommend John to EVERYONE!

There aren’t enough excellent things I can say about Tracy in a simple review. I will say this, not only did she get the job done and was able to negotiate enough to make the whole transition of selling my home an easy one, but I forgot she was only my realtor and began to call on her as though she was my life advisor. We laughed about it, luckily, but it was because she made me feel so at ease in a situation I was unfamiliar with. I had never sold a house. I was quickly able to depend on her but she never left me out of the deal, not for one second. She is a kind, compassionate person and excellent listener. She understands first what your needs are, then she takes action. She is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about real estate and she’s honest. I will never forget what a great help she was to me.
