I thought I wasn’t in a good place...until I told Jessica, my REALTOR, what I needed to sell my home for and how quickly I needed to sell it. However, she kept assuring me everything would be fine. I thought my timing was horrible because it’s winter time, how long properties are taking to sell right now, and how much I needed to sell it for. Also, we all know the market has not been good lately with the crazy high interest rates and all, but not only did she find me a buyer in ONLY one day (Yes, I said one day), she was also able to get me the exact price I needed for it too. What a godsend! I can't begin to tell you how wonderful she was to work with (always available to take my calls) and how professionally (w/ marketing, inspections, contracts, negotiations, etc) she handled everything. I will definitely use her again for ALL of my real estate needs and I HIGHLY recommend her. She definitely knows how to get the job done!
