Upon finding out I was pregnant last summer we knew we were going to have to upgrade houses. We also knew that in Colorado's competitive housing market, we needed Jeff! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the housing market, but has many great connections with other realtors. So we knew going into this, we were in great hands. We got the house we really wanted, and we were able to close a month before baby girl made her appearance!

Jen is incredible. We sold our house with more views than a lot in the neighborhood and faster. She had great advice that helped sell it quickly and with a bidding war in May 2025. She is a great negotiator and knows the market well for what is currently happening to be aggressive on our behalf. We appreciate her ability to fight for us and she definitely saved us a lot of money in the end. She is professional, knowledgable, and works extremely hard. We were able to contact her easily and she was always available it seemed. We would only work with her in the future and recommend her to everyone. Highly recommend!
