It had been almost 50 years since we had bought...
It had been almost 50 years since we had bought an existing house and Zoe could not have made it easier. She showed us every house we identified and found others that she thought we might like better. However, of greater importance, she pointed out some features of some of the houses that would be potential problems that we had not recognized. However, her assistance really began after we selected a house and she was there through the entire process, giving suggestions, helping us navigate through Vermont rules and regulations, establishing a timeline and making sure it was met. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
