My husband and I recently purchased our first home!!! Zahilis helped us and to be honest she made this process be really smooth, easy and honestly it was less stressful than it should have been. As a first time home buyer I would always have a million questions and she was able to answer them all. Zahilis was on top of everything to make sure all the paperworks and requests were submitted before the deadline. She responded to all text, emails and phone calls right away no matter how late it was, she was always there to help us. She is honestly super amazing and would recommend her to everyone!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a new construction home through Pulte Homes. Zahilis helped us and let me just say, it was the greatest experience to work with her! Our buying process was so SMOOTH and EASY (literally). She took the time to show us many many homes prior to that, was on time (every single time with EVERYTHING) and very responsive! She answered every text, email, and calls right away. Once we decided on an area, she did her research and pulled a demographics report, market report, you name it! Once our loan process started, she was very attentive and on top of every single deadline, thankfully, we would have seriously missed a couple. She was always in contact with our builder bringing any issue arising to there attention. We were seriously expecting for this to be the most painful process of our lives. But it wasn't! We are already looking forward to our next purchase with Zahilis help, her knowledge is one of a kind and she definitely knows what shes doing!

Zahilis was amazing! She was always responsive and worked quickly. No matter the time or the task, she always completed it willingly and promptly. She was patient with all my questions and concerns and made me feel taken care of the whole way through the home buying process. It was very easy to trust her with the biggest purchase and decision my husband and I were making. As first time home buyers, this was something very important for us. I would recommend her any day!
