From the very first conversation to sitting at the table during closing, Zach was a delight to work with. As a first time homebuyer, I was vulnerable- no matter how much research I had done. Zach made sure I always understood each step of the process. His responsiveness was top notch and he made the experience of the biggest purchase of my life seamless. We weren't so sure about Zach at first, but he ended up being a really good realtor for first time home buyers. He was not familiar with our loan so he did all the homework to research it and became very familiar with the process and was very good about keeping us informed on what was happening every week. I will definitely refer Zach to our friends and family.
