Yvonne Tovar

Yvonne was communicative and supportive from the very beginning. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always took the time to answer our questions and guide us through each step of the process. As first-time homebuyers, we truly appreciated how she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable. We felt confident and well taken care of throughout the entire process, and we’re grateful for her expertise and dedication.

I live out of state, yvonne arranged mobil notary To sign closing papers. Because of health issues I could not travel to california for the closing. I really appreciated her to arrange this procedure

We met Yvonne when we first purchased this property. At the time, we were inexperienced and full of anxiety. She was a calming presence that helped guide us through the complex world of real estate. Since then, she always kept up with us. She would go out of her way to make us feel like more than clients, she made us feel like real friends. So when we were ready to sell, we knew exactly who we trusted to for the job. We had a stressful sale because we found our dream home and were on a strict timeline. She handled everything from setting up the listing and having a photographer take photos to coordinating open houses and making appointments. We didn't have to worry about anything because we knew she had our back. We were able to negotiate the sale with confidence because she had the knowledge to guide us. I couldn't be more grateful for her exceptional care.

Yvonne has always gone above and beyond for me. I found her through Zillow and she helped me buy my first condo 3 years ago. Since then, shes kept in touch and would bring me pie to my job over the holidays. She is just one of those people that goes the extra mile to ensure you feel taken care of. She is very prompt with replies and would bend over backwards to make my busy schedule work with hers for viewings. She helped me find my dream home and when there were problems on the sellers side she helped me navigate those issues with confidence. She fought for me to be treated fairly and I will be forever grateful. I will also add that we got that house for $20k less than asking and that was 100% because of her.

Working with Yvonne Tovar was such a great experience. She guided me through every step of the home buying process with professionalism, honesty and care. Yvonne was always available to answer my questions and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Yvonne helped me buy my first house and she did an amazing job. I didn't know what to expect when I started the process but thanks to Yvonne everything went great, we closed on time and I'm now able to move into my dream home. Yvonne does an amazing job communicating every step of the process, she's always on top of things, she kept me informed on everything I had to do and checked in regularly even after the sale was closed. I couldn't recommend Yvonne enough, she's the best!!
