When my husband and I were looking into purchasing a home, we were lost. We had no idea what we were doing or how we were going to manage it, we just knew we needed to get out of the situation we were in and buying a house was way more enticing than renting. The mortgage broker I was talking to gave me hostile vibes and I told Yvonne how uncomfortable she was making me feel and with that Yvonne gave me a suggestion of a new broker, which I was hesitant about because we had already found the home we wanted, but after a 30 minute phone call with the new mortgage broker my spirits were up again! Yvonne and the mortgage broker made up the dream team and we were able to close on our house in I believe it was 18 days! Every step of the way, and every change that was done, Yvonne called and texted us to keep us in the loop as soon as it happened. If you’re thinking about buying a home, I highly suggest contacting Yvonne. At 22 & 23 my husband and I were led hand in hand by Yvonne and we were able to make our dreams come true. Yvonne has so many resources at her disposal. Not to mention her personality is amazing. We clicked right away and we knew we weren’t going to go to anyone else.
