Yvonne’s greatest accomplishment is her family. She is the mother of 3 children with her husband Larry (An Aggie) whom she has been married to for 27 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Texas State University. She is active in her church community of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Yvonne was the PTC President at the kids' school (2011-2013), on the Board of Friends of the Ronald McDonald House, and was Board President in 2015. Served on the Board of Development University of Incarnate Word in 2011. Yvonne is a Member of the Texas Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), the Graduate Residential Institute (GRI), and the San Antonio Board of REALTORS. Yvonne was the #1 individual agent within RE/MAX Preferred in 2024. Yvonne has been a Platinum Top 50 Winner 3 times of the last 12 years and has been an early Qualifier for the last 8 years of 12 years. Yvonne has sold over 175 Million in Residential Real Estate Sales in 20 years. She has helped over 520 families buy or sell their homes. Her specialty is listing and selling homes in and around the San Antonio area. She works with many families, seniors, investors, military relocation, and first time home buyers. Yvonne enjoys seeing the faces of her clients when they purchase their home and build memories for a lifetime. Yvonne loves to help sellers, a move can be difficult for sellers but she will make it as seamless as possible. She understands the importance of Education in her profession. Yvonne believes it is imperative to keep up with the changing market, trends, and mortgage in the Real Estate industry. She has built numerous relationships with other agents in San Antonio and other parts of the US. Yvonne is also certified in Relocation with several companies.
